Our History
A&A Drug and Alcohol Education was started on January 1, 1996 by Andrew Samarripa and Amelia Samarripa, thus the name A&A was created. The company had a modest beginning, opening our doors in 1996 by offering the Alcohol Education Program for Minors. Building on the success of that program, the Texas Drug Offender Education Program soon followed.
DWI education program was added.
The Texas DWI Intervention program completed our repertoire of DSHS classes offered.
The sites where these classes are conducted are:
Texas City, Webster, Pasadena, Humble, Houston Jones Rd, and Houston Clay Rd.

The Houston office has a staff of 16 instructors. All instructors are certified by the State of Texas. All programs are available in Spanish. A&A Drug and Alcohol began to explore other avenues and services both clients and probation officers were asking for
We became certified to conduct behavioral management programs through NCTI.
